JAMES J. BARNES

Chief Operating Officer
James Barnes joined DB Aviation in 2000 and has over 20 years of experience in accounting, financial management and internal auditing.

His responsibilities include all accounting and finance functions, business planning, human resources and information technology. His experience includes more than 13 years with Rotary International during which he served as the organization’s controller, directing a staff of 60 at the Rotary world headquarters. In addition, he provided oversight to accounting staff in eight branch offices located around the world.

Mr. Barnes earned a BS in accounting from Northeastern Illinois University. He is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Management Accountant and Internal Auditor and Certified Information Systems Auditor.
