JEFF D. READ

General Manager, Air Operations & Chief Pilot
Jeff Read joined DB Aviation’s operations group in November 2006 bringing with him 30 years of aviation management experience. Mr. Read’s primary focus is personnel development along with expanding and enhancing the flight operations administrative infrastructure to optimize strategic growth opportunities.

Mr. Read’s background includes eight years of flight test engineering and development involving McDonnell Douglas’ F-15 Eagle Program, over 12 years with McDonnell Douglas flight operations and eight years as Director of Flight Operations for Snap-on, Inc. Mr. Read holds and Airline Transport Pilot Certificate and has accumulated more than 13,000 hours involving both domestic and international air operations.

Mr. Read graduated Parks College in 1975 with a BS in Aeronautics and earned both a Master of Business Administration and Master of Finance from St. Louis University’s School of Business.
