Marie Sheldon has over 20 years of experience in all aspects of human resources management and employee benefits administration.

Prior to joining DB Aviation, Ms. Sheldon served as the Human Resources Representative for a major Chicago-area human resources and benefits consulting firm.

Ms. Sheldon’s responsibilities include employee relations, recruiting, salary and benefits administration for DB Aviation’s employee base of nearly 100 individuals.
