JOEL P. THOMAS

IT Manager
Joel P. Thomas joined DB Aviation’s management team in October 2006 as the Information Technology (IT) Manager.He brings over 10 years experience as a manager and network engineer. His current responsibilities include maintaining the server/client computer environment, network infrastructure connectivity/design, encrypted wireless AP technology, ensuring network security standards, and purchasing and procurement of hardware/software solutions. Prior to joining DB he was the President of his own IT consulting firm.

Mr. Thomas is a certified project manager and has attained several computer industry certifications (which include Microsoft and Novell) and has worked with a variety of network platforms and industry solutions.He attended Northeastern Illinois University where he focused on psychology/linguistics. He has also received an AASE degree with honors from DeVry University.

A prominent achievement was obtained in 2005 when he was awarded a United States Design Patent for a unique invention which was featured at the NHS (National Hardware Show) in Las Vegas, NV.
