Marie Sheldon brings over 20 years of experience in all aspects of human resource management and employee benefits administration. Her management responsibilities include HR, payroll & benefits administration. In addition she is responsible for employee relations, recruiting, salary and benefits administration, and is also the DER for the DOT drug program for the company employee base of 100 staff.

Prior to joining DB Aviation, Ms. Sheldon served as the human resources representative for a major Chicago-area human resources and benefits consulting firm.
